  I didn't know what I was going to do when my water heater burst this year. I just went through a divorce and money is very tight. To top it all off I don't have homeowners insurance. I was so relieved when the guys came out and work with me on the price. I am really thankful for all of your hard work.

  I just wanted to comment on the great customer service I received . I thought my carpets were hopeless and I thought my deposit on my apartment was gone for sure. I just wanted them to know the apartments didn't charge me a single cent for the carpets. I've moved into my new home and Rex has been on his best behavior!

  Michael was so sweet over the phone. He spent about 20 minutes explaining the services to me and he answered all of my questions in much detail. He seemed very knowledgeable which is surprising considering the people from other companies seemed like they were reading from a script. The cleaning turned out just as he explained and I really feel like everyone I dealt with truly cared about my needs.
